Zach is a Nashville, TN, native growing up in the West Meade area and attending Ensworth Elementary school and Montgomery Bell Academy for high school. After graduating from Furman University in Greenville, SC, Zach headed down to Northwest Florida and jumped right into real estate sales, development and management in 2003. He started Coastal Properties Companies which was a complete property and community management services company and operated it until 2015 when it was acquired. In 2009 he founded Metropolitan Properties and was able to move home full time in 2015 to operate the company.
Originally from California, Todd relocated to Nashville in 2010. After graduating college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, Todd started his career in the commercial construction industry. Over time and after a variety of roles in project management and supervision, Todd transitioned to the property management industry. During this phase of his career, Todd has held positions in sales, leasing, commercial property management, association management and leadership. In his current position, Todd leads an Operations team at Metropolitan Properties focused on delivering prompt and accurate administrative services with the goal of supporting MP accounting and management staff.
Jennifer is a native Tennessean from East TN, who has been in Nashville for several years. She is a an expert in her field, holding CMCA, AMS and PCAM nationally recognized certifications, as well as graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She has worked for many years in HOA management/real estate - ranging from assisting brokers with sale transactions to managing long-term rentals and most recently managing HOA’s for the last 20 years. Her specialty is reading HOA documents and handling challenging meetings.
David joined Metropolitan Properties in 2013 and brings over 10 years of retail and wholesale mortgage experience as well as real estate sales background to the company. Originally from Memphis, David attended Millsaps College in Jackson, MS. He moved to Nashville shortly after graduation to join his family’s real estate firm. He and his wife Amy have 2 daughters and he is very involved in several civic and non-profit organizations in Nashville. When he’s not running to one of the girls’ sporting events on the weekends, he enjoys finding time to volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and Room in the Inn through his Church.
Hailing from East Tennessee and a native of the Tri-Cities area (Kingsport/Bristol/ Johnson City), Sue moved to Knoxville in 1985 and calls it home. Sue comes from an entrepreneurial family background that has prepared her for a career path of property management. She continues to manage family commercial/residential properties. Sue brings 25+ years of commercial/residential property management experience in the East TN area, along with strong financial acumen. She has held several executive positions throughout her professional career that have provided her with opportunities for growth and development, along with opportunities to make sizable impact for her clients. Sue prides herself with providing the utmost professional customer service and timely communication. Sue is a proud mother of 2 successful grown adults and 1 devoted lovable terrier. Family is of the utmost importance to Sue and she provides care for her 92-year-old mother.
Vickie is a native Nashvillian bringing 40 years of experience in mortgage lending, real estate, and portfolio property management to Metropolitan Properties. She has held titles of Senior Portfolio Manager and Director of Management, where she had the opportunity to train and mentor property managers at the onset of their careers. As a testament to her growing career, Women's Forum Magazine spotlighted Vickie and published an article about her professional accomplishments. Vickie loves to travel domestically and internationally and enjoys planning her yearly trips with her daughter. She is also a Tennessee Titan fan and enjoys attending the games. Vickie is a licensed realtor and recently filmed a HGTV episode with her daughter. She and her husband Lonny call Brentwood home.
Lisa is a native of Southern California. She and her husband recently moved to the Mount Juliet area to be closer to her mother and other family members. She has worked in property management for over 20 years with 8 years of experience in HOA management. Lisa holds CMCA and AMS nationally recognized certifications. She strives to work with homeowners to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Lisa has three children and four grandchildren, and she is currently enjoying being an empty nester with her husband and two dogs, Jasper and Gibson.
Pauline is Originally from Pennsylvania but was raised in Germany. She returned to the US in 1992. She began her career in Washington State in the multifamily housing Industry as a cleaning person and was determined to move into a Property Managers Position. She completed a college degree through TCC and achieved a certification for Property Management and her first position as a Community Manager was to manage an 80 Unit Apartment Community. Pauline has managed Apartment communities with 100 to 300 units. Pauline was then promoted to Junior Regional Manager overlooking multiple Apartment Community and staff. She has 20 years experience in the multifamily housing Industry. In 2012 she relocated to Nashville, TN. Shortly after she decided to transition into the Homeowners Associations as a HOA manager.

Stephanie is a Middle Tennessee native, currently residing in Cheatham County, Tennessee. She holds CMCA and AMS, nationally recognized certifications in property management, as well as a degree in Political Science. With over a decade in property management experience with Homeowner Associations, Condos and Multifamily homes, she has a passion for customer service and client retention. When not working she enjoys the Theater Arts and reading. Family is very important to Stephanie and she spends a lot of her free time with her three grown children and six grandchildren.
Barbra grew up in Oklahoma where she attended Central State University and Oklahoma State University. After moving to Houston, Texas, she transitioned into real estate and then into association management as a Portfolio Manager. As a Portfolio Manager, she managed an average of 25 properties which included single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and mid-rise condominiums. She brings a wide variety of experience which has been a huge benefit during her 15 years in the industry. Barbara’s goals include providing great customer service and property retention. She moved to Franklin, TN to be near her two daughters and four grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, movies, reading and experiencing new adventures with her family.
Leslie graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and considers Chattanooga home. Leslie has 18 years of customer service experience and most recently spent 10 years in the hospitality industry, managing hotels, before joining the MPM team. Her experience in hospitality has provided her the necessary skills to thrive in property management and deliver exceptional customer service. Leslie’s favorite activities include enjoying live music, outdoor adventures, and spending time with friends and family, especially her nephews and niece.
Kelly has called Nashville home since 1995. Originally from Southern California, she graduated from Chapman University with a degree in communications and public relations. After a four-month trip around the world, she jumped directly into real estate development working with architectural firms, property management, construction, and development companies. Kelly was part of the team responsible for the construction and development of the first million plus square foot warehouse in CA; she went on to manage over 2 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and retail properties. Her extensive tenure as an HOA board member and president has equipped her with diverse property management skills and expertise. This understanding gives her an insider's perspective working and communicating with HOA boards and community residents. Jeanine was born in New York but has lived in the Murfreesboro area since 1986. She is an accomplished Property Manager offering 20 years of experience in property management. Her experience includes working as a Multi-Site Executive Director for apartments that offer individual liability leasing for over 4500 beds, conventional housing of over 200 front doors, and HOA management. Jeanine’s focus is delivering strong financial results, reporting, cost saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management, and excellent customer service for her communities. Monique was born in Oregon and has lived in middle Tennessee for over 25 years. Koey is a Nashville native and has lived in Mount Juliet, TN for 26 years. Koey graduated from Cumberland University with a BA in Humanities and Social Science and a minor in Psychology. Koey has 14 years’ experience with Operations, Credit, Finance and Accounting in the construction and manufacturing fields. Originally from Houston, TX, Sahara moved to Nashville in 2009. Sahara joined Metropolitan Properties in 2022. As a member of the Operations Department and working in Accounts Payable, Sahara brings organization and excellence to the inner workings of the Metropolitan Properties machine. She brings 10 years of customer service experience along with 6+ years of HOA bookkeeping and accounting experience. She is an outdoors enthusiast with a passion for cooking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
Kyle was born and raised in Nashville, TN. Kyle grew up in the Glencliff area, and Graduated from Glencliff High School. Kyle has always had a passion for hands on work growing up around the world of auto racing and with carpentry experience in upholstery and cabinet industries. Kyle joined Metropolitan Properties in 2017 as a Maintenance Technician with Metropolitan Maintenance Group, LLC. (MMG) Since then, Kyle has risen to Director of Facilities Maintenance for MMG coordinating MMG’s four other technicians and ensuring 100% satisfaction in MMG’s property maintenance work and programs.
Teddy was born and raised in Nashville and is a graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy. He attended The University of Tennessee in Knoxville Tennessee and earned a B.A. in English Literature, graduating in 2010. Teddy returned to the Nashville area and joined the staff of First Presbyterian Church, where he served for 4 years. During his tenure at First Presbyterian Church, Teddy also served as a business consultant, allowing him to work with clients within various industries. It was during this time that Teddy discovered his passion for developing sustainable infrastructure alongside volunteers. In 2014, Teddy left full time ministry and joined the team of Metropolitan Properties, bringing a mindedness toward systemic management, efficient infrastructure, thriving staff ecosystems, and customer relationships. Originally from Los Angeles, CA. Lori began her career in the home warranty industry as a relationship manager supporting a sizeable real estate territory. After several visits to TN in 2010, she fell in love with the spectacular seasonal weather and beautiful Tennessee landscape. In 2011 she relocated to Dickson. Shortly after, she transitioned into property management as a portfolio manager. Lori brings over 15 years of expertise in building long-lasting customer relationships. Honesty, determination, and dedication are philosophies that she strives for in all aspects of his life. Her specialty is HOA document interpretation, communication, and problem-solving. Morgan Buford was born in Indiana and raised in Tennessee. For the last 20 years, Morgan has called The Volunteer State home.

Originally from St. Louis and Fort Lauderdale, Doug came to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University, graduated, and married a Nashville classmate, permanently anchoring him in Nashville. He was in commercial banking and bank marketing for 20 years and then spent the next 20 years directing national marketing operations for a number of companies. Doug received an intense education on the operations of HOAs when he served as president of a Green Hills area HOA for six years prior to hiring Metropolitan Properties to manage his HOA. He subsequently joined Metropolitan Properties in 2014, and brings passion and expertise for association banking, financial forecasting, and financial planning to the Metropolitan Properties product.
Rich is the son of a career military man and grew up traveling across the country. Settling in Dickson, TN when his father retired, Rich began to pursue a career in Customer Service. Beginning with full-service resort properties, Rich transitioned into the extended stay market prior to finding his home in HOA and Condominium management. Rich’s passion is delivering elite customer service with attention to efficient operations. Rich is married and the father of 7 fur-babies.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Kathy moved to Tennessee in 1995. She began her career in Commercial Property Management in 1998 managing high-rises in the downtown Nashville area and Knoxville, TN as well as Lexington, KY. She then moved to Multifamily in 2005 and has been in Homeowner Association Management since 2008 bringing 14 years of experience to the table. Kathy enjoys working with homeowners and Boards of Directors as there is never a dull moment and something new every day. Kathy excels in financial forecasting and analysis, budget creation, contract negotiations, HOA document interpretation, and managing the day-today operations of multiple communities. Kathy enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, anything outdoors and riding her Harley: whether it’s a short trip or long one. She also has a cosmetology license and likes being creative. She raised her son, who is now 22, who is her pride and joy. He graduated from MTSU in August 2021 and is now working as a Project Manager building a 248 unit apartment community.
Originally from Huntsville, AL, Lexie moved to Chattanooga, TN in 2020. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, and she had been in the professional sector for almost 20 years. Lexie has extensive experience in sales & management for large tech companies, and oversaw the operations of a family-owned property management company for several years, which is when she first encountered Metropolitan Property Management. Shortly thereafter, she joined the Metropolitan Properties team as an Assistant Property Manager based at One North Shore. Today, she is a lead Property Manager in the Chattanooga market and oversees the management of a growing portfolio in Greater Chattanooga. Lexie loves music, attending concerts, volunteering with various organizations - including her sorority & animal rescue groups, taking advantage of the outdoor activities that the beautiful Chattanooga area has to offer and spending time with friends and family.

Originally from Shelbyville TN, Jamaica joined Metropolitan Properties after completing her undergraduate studies at MTSU. Jamaica is responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties, where she prides herself on exemplary tenant care. She lived in New Orleans for 12 years where she worked in the music industry with Artists, Record Producers, Concert Promoters, Stylists, Photographers and Record Labels. She also split her time in Ambergris Caye, Belize working as an event planner with the Minister of Tourism and managing an Eco-Resort. In 2020 she began studying real estate while working full time in Vacation Property Management at the beaches of the Emerald Gulf Coast. In the spring of 2023, She married her husband, a Nashville Music Promoter, Guitarist, and Chef and made the move to Music City in 2024 from the beaches of 30A, Florida. Molli loves real estate, live music, traveling, contemporary art shows, boating, water sports, hiking to waterfalls, cooking, and planning events.

Samuel is Originally from Egypt and came to the states in 1999. He moved to Nashville from NY in 2000. He joined Metropolitan Properties in September 2020 and brings over 9 years of accounting experience and 8 years in customer service. He holds two bachelor’s degrees in accounting, one from Cairo University and one from Middle Tennessee State University. He and his wife Mary have 2 children, 3 and 4 years old. Samuel loves cooking, reading, soccer, volunteer service through his Church, and spending time with friends and family.
Lynette is from Indiana and has been in Nashville since 2019. She brings 25 years of experience in the Real Estate Field and Insurance industry along with 12 years of property management experience. Scott is a mobile property and facilities maintenance technician with Metropolitan Maintenance Group. Scott pilots the MMG maintenance van outfitted with water extraction, carpet, tile and floor cleaning machinery and specializes in those jobs.
Troy is a native Nashvillian who started working for Metropolitan Maintenance Group in the spring of 2020. Troy is a jack of all trades in the property and facility’s maintenance industry and specializes in onsite work and representation for many of Metropolitan Properties larger managed properties. Troy lives in Hermitage with his wife Christina and they have three children together, ages 31, 18 and 16, and Troy has two stepchildren. Together he and Christina have a total of 5 grandchildren and step grandchildren. Troy and Christina enjoy vacationing on cruises with their children, having visited the Bahamas, Mexico and have a scheduled cruise to Jamaica. They also enjoy long automobile sightseeing trips throughout the USA. Troy enjoys hunting on weekends, although work demands prevent his getting out as often as he would like.
