Zach Johnson is the founder, President and Partner at Metropolitan Properties. In August 2018, Freeman Webb Company principals, Jimmy Webb, Bill Freeman and Kirby Davis purchased interest in MP. In 2020, Teddy Christenberry became a partner and currently serves as Metropolitan Properties Executive Vice President. Since its inception in 2009, Metropolitan Properties has grown to serve as the exclusive managing agent to Middle and East TN communities and properties, totaling over 400 communities and 25,000 doors.
