Most of our clients arrive in our office because they have reached some degree of standstill. The work isn't getting done, the homeowners aren't receiving responses, the bills aren't being paid, or some version of this story. At Metropolitan Properties, we have made it part of our mission to ensure this is not our clients' story, and to be a culture of execution. Our entire staff system is predicated upon naming what has to be performed on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual basis: then systemically holding ourselves accountable to certifying that those tasks are performed to the satisfaction of our clients.
